Carolina has decades of experience as both part of major firms and in-house counsel advising banks and financial and trust entities. Her experience is at national and international level, and has participated in complex processes of restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions in the banking industry and business restructuring. She has participated in activities of the Federación Latinoamericana de Bancos (Latin American Federation of Banks) and the Comité Latinoamericano de Fideicomisos (Latin American Trusts Committee). Carolina’s main areas of work are:
Design and implementation of investment and financial structures, including operation and guarantee vehicles and mechanisms.
Legal advice, training and external coaching to banks, financial and trust entities and their staff.
Legal advice and structuring all kinds of trusts, for commercial and personal matters.
Draft and preparation of commercial contracts.
