Carolina has decades of experience as both part of major firms and in-house
counsel advising banks and financial and trust entities. Her experience is at
national and international level, and has participated in complex processes of restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions in the banking industry and business restructuring. She has participated in activities of the Federación Latinoamericana de Bancos (Latin American Federation of Banks) and the Comité Latinoamericano de Fideicomisos (Latin American Trusts Committee).
Carolina’s main areas of work are:

- Draft and preparation of commercial contracts.
