Gabriela has experience in tax consulting and management, both locally and regionally. She specializes in structuring tax strategies, regulatory compliance, and representation before administrative and judicial authorities.

Gabriela’s main areas of work are:

• Prepare local and regional tax reports regarding tax implications. 
• Prepare reports, e-mails or telephone advice to clients related to Income tax, VAT, Excise Tax, Municipal tax or Free Trade Zone regimes, Customs beneficiary regimes, and Tourism beneficiary regimes.
• Free Trade Zone applications and filling processes required with the different Governmental Institutions.
• Preparation and follow-up of private letter rulings.
• Preparation of administrative motions before Tax Authorities.
• Preparation of administrative procedures i.e. tax refunds petitions, tax exemptions, and similar others. 
• Tax Planning structures 
• Litigation.
